Hello

Jan Alexander is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  He is also recognized as a Certified High Performance Coach Level 2 through the Athletic Lab Coaching Academy.  Jan has experience in private training, coaching group fitness classes, coaching youth team sports, and has been exposed to working with professional athletes from the NWSL and USL.  His athletic background includes running, cycling, triathlon, and basketball.
